Welcome to PurpGo (“the App”). This agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and He Lingyun (“Developer”) regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the App.
Please read all terms of this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App in any way, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with any term, do not download, install, or use the App.
1.1 PurpGo is a personal voice-powered todo management tool. The App requires a paid download from the App Store, which grants you permanent access to all free features listed in 1.2.

1.4 The free features listed in 1.2 are permanently available with your App download. Pro features require an in-app purchase subscription through the Apple App Store.
2.1 Subscription Method: Pro subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID in the App Store.
2.2 Free Trial: New users may enjoy a 7-day local free trial to experience all Pro features immediately after downloading the App, without the need for a subscription. This trial is based on the device’s first install date and does not require payment. After the trial, Pro features will become restricted and require a subscription.
2.3 Subscription Period and Renewal:
2.4 Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please apply through Apple’s official channels. The Developer has no authority to process refunds on your behalf.
2.5 Subscription Expiry: If a subscription expires without renewal, Pro features will become unavailable. All your data will be unaffected, and free features will continue to function normally.
2.6 Feature Changes: Prices and features may be adjusted as appropriate. If changes occur, we will notify you prominently within the app. Any subscription period already paid for will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
3.1 You agree to use the App only for personal and lawful purposes. You shall not use the App to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, compromise network security, or infringe upon the lawful rights of others.
3.2 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor exploit any program bugs or errors for improper gain.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your device and data secure. The Developer shall not be liable for any data leakage caused by device loss, theft, unauthorized access, or improper safekeeping of exported data.
4.1 The App requires no registration or login. All data is stored locally on your device.
4.2 Data backup is your responsibility. The Developer is unable to access, retrieve, or recover your data in any way. It is recommended that you regularly back up data using the app’s export feature and back up your device via iTunes or iCloud.
4.3 Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data, including tasks, settings, and preferences. This action is irreversible.
5.1 The App strictly complies with the PurpGo Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this agreement.
5.2 By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the entire PurpGo Privacy Policy.
6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the App and its entire contents (including but not limited to program code, interface design, icons, text, images, etc.) are owned by the Developer and are protected by applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 Without the express written permission of the Developer, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lend, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof.
7.1 The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App.
7.2 The Developer does not guarantee that the App’s functions will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. The Developer shall not be liable, within the scope permitted by law, for any service interruption or data loss caused by device malfunction, operating system updates, third-party service interruptions, or other force majeure events.
7.3 The task reminder feature may be affected by iOS system background management policies, power-saving modes, Do Not Disturb settings, and other factors. The Developer does not guarantee that reminders will trigger 100% on time under all conditions.
7.4 Any liability arising from your failure to use the App in accordance with this agreement, violation of applicable laws and regulations, or failure to properly safeguard your data shall be borne solely by you.
8.1 The Developer reserves the right to modify this agreement when necessary. Updated versions will be prominently displayed within the App.
8.2 If you do not agree with the modified terms, you have the right to stop using the App and uninstall it. Your continued use of the App after the modified agreement takes effect constitutes your acceptance of all modified terms.
9.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Developer’s location.
9.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in the jurisdiction where the Developer is located.
